After a lazy morning on our last day in Sydney our new friend Alex met us at a lovely cafe by the name of Armchair Collective in Mona Vale on Sydney’s northern beaches. We really were only suposed to be there for coffee, but I couldn’t resist the look of the little lemon meringue pies on the counter display full of delicious treats. Armchair Collective is the owned by the same cleaver people that started up The Boathouse, which explains in some ways why it’s so good. What makes this place even more appealing is the range of home wares they stock. Even if you’re not into coffee, it’s definitely worth a visit if you’re ever in the area.
